If necessary, your personal data will be forwarded to the following persons/institutions in relation to the aforementioned objectives:
› to public administrations and authorities, if this is provided for by law;
› to credit institutions with which our corporate body maintains business relationships for the management of receivables/liabilities and for financing brokerage;
› to all natural and/or legal, public and/or private persons (legal, administrative and tax consultancy offices, courts, chambers of commerce, etc.), if the forwarding proves necessary or expedient for the exercise of our activity, in the manner and for the purposes indicated above.
The personal data processed by our organisation will not be disseminated. The data processing may be carried out with or without the aid of electronic means, in any case automated, and includes all the operations provided for in art. 4, paragraph 1, 2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and necessary for the data processing in question. In any case, data processing is carried out in compliance with all security measures that guarantee its security and confidentiality.

Introduction
The Südtiroler Handwerksbrauerei Verein is committed to protecting the privacy of every data subject. "Personal data" is the term used for information that directly or indirectly identifies or can be used to identify a natural person, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or by reference to one or more physical, psychological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social characteristics that identify a specific natural person.
"Processing" means any operation carried out with or without the aid of automated procedures, such as the collection, recording, organisation, storage, processing, alteration, restoration, destruction or destruction of data.

"Content" means any audio or video element and any idea offered by our Organization or third parties, including data, films, videos, photographs, software, games, graphic elements and design, portraits and images, works of art, music, sounds, information and other existing or future tangible and intangible material, including derived products thereof, regardless of format and data carrier, whereby the above list is exemplary but not exhaustive.
Graphical data and requests for contact details or information material
The processing of the personal data of the person concerned includes the preparatory work and the resulting request for registration, the management of requests for information and contact, the sending of information material and the fulfilment of other obligations.
The legal basis of these treatments is the fulfilment of the benefits that correspond to the request for registration, information and contact details to contact or send information material and to fulfil legal obligations.
The contractual relationship
The processing of the personal data of the person concerned is carried out in order to carry out the activities related to the purchase of a service and/or a product, the management of the order concerned, the delivery of the service itself and/or the production and delivery of the purchased product, furthermore in connection with the invoice and payment management, the handling of complaints and/or reports to the assistance service and the provision of fraud prevention services and the fulfilment of any other contractual obligation.

Advertising for services and products that are similar to the services/products purchased by the contractual partner (47 GDPR)
Südtiroler Handwerksbrauerei Verein may use the contact details, even without your express consent, for the purpose of direct sales of its services/products, limited to those similar to those purchased by the contractual partner, unless the person concerned expressly objects to this.
Commercial advertising activities for services/products that differ from those purchased by the contractual partner
The personal data of the person concerned may be used for commercial advertising purposes, for surveys and market research with regard to services/products offered by the Südtiroler Handwerksbrauerei Verein only if the person concerned has authorised the use and does not object to it.

Südtiroler Handwerksbrauerei Verein guarantees, in accordance with the provisions of Art. 49 of the GDPR, also through its suppliers (third parties and/or recipients), the protection of the personal data of the person concerned in connection with data traffic, in order to ensure that the security of networks and information is guaranteed, i.e. the nature of a network or information system is such as to withstand unforeseen events or unlawful or malicious acts that jeopardise the availability, authenticity, integrity and confidentiality of the personal data stored or transmitted.
The Controller is obliged to inform the interested parties without delay if there is a risk that the protection of their data has been violated, without prejudice to the obligations arising from the provisions of Art. 33 GDPR.
Profiling
The personal data of the person concerned may also be processed for profiling purposes (such as analysing the data provided and the services/products selected, and submitting advertising messages and/or commercial proposals (concerning the user himself), but only if the person concerned has given express and informed consent. The legal basis for this use is the prior and provisional consent of the person, which can be freely revoked at any time (see section III).
Where is the data stored?
The individual's personal data is stored in paper, computerised and telematic archives located primarily in countries where the GDPR (EU countries) is applied.
How long will the person's data be stored? (Art. 13, 2nd paragraph, GDPR)
Unless the data subject expressly expresses the wish to have the data removed, the personal data of the data subject will be stored for as long as it is required for the legitimate purposes for which it was collected.
In particular, they will be kept for the duration of their registration and, in any case, for a maximum period of 12 (twelve) months in case of inactivity, that is, if the services and/or purchased products are not assigned within this period.
In the case of data provided to Südtiroler Handwerksbrauerei Verein for the commercial promotion of services/products other than those purchased by the person concerned, these will be retained for 24 months unless consent is withdrawn.
In the case of data provided to Südtiroler Handwerksbrauerei Verein for the purpose of profiling, this data will be stored for 12 months unless the person concerned withdraws their consent.

We delete the enquiries if they are no longer required. We review the necessity every two years; furthermore, the statutory archiving obligations apply.
Comments and contributions
If users leave comments or other contributions, their IP addresses may be stored on the basis of our legitimate interests within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. GDPR for 7 days. GDPR may be stored for 7 days. This is done for our security in case someone leaves illegal content in comments and posts (insults, prohibited political propaganda, etc.). In this case, we ourselves may be prosecuted for the comment or post and are therefore interested in the identity of the author.
Furthermore, we reserve the right, on the basis of our legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. GDPR, to process user data for the purpose of spam detection.
Comment subscriptions
The follow-up comments can be subscribed to by users with their consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. Users will receive a confirmation email to verify that they are the owner of the email address entered. Users can unsubscribe from ongoing comment subscriptions at any time. The confirmation email will contain information on the cancellation options. For the purposes of proving user consent, we store the time of registration together with the user's IP address and delete this information when users unsubscribe from the subscription.
You can cancel your subscription at any time, i.e. revoke your consent. We may store the unsubscribed e-mail addresses for up to three years on the basis of our legitimate interests before we delete them in order to be able to prove that consent was previously given. The processing of this data is limited to the purpose of a possible defence against claims. An individual request for deletion is possible at any time, provided that the former existence of consent is confirmed at the same time.
